Tariff, network and phone selection
After meeting with you to discuss your mobile business needs we will carry out an analysis of your current mobile usage through our partnership with Tariffcom [link to go in here]. This results in a free of charge report detailing the network and tariff options that will most suit your business. There is no obligation on you, however in almost all cases, we make recommendations that save our clients money.
Setup and ongoing support
We’ll liaise with your network provider for you to ensure a smooth transition to your new tariff. Whilst managing the entire process for you, we’ll keep you up-to-date on progress every step of the way.
And our service doesn’t stop there. You will be allocated a point of contact at the Talk Together office. If you have any problems regarding your contract, connectivity or handset, then we are available to resolve these issues for you.
All with no additional charges automated answering systems, or lengthy waiting on hold.
Setup handsets
Choosing the right handset can be challenging, but by taking advantage of our experience you can make the correct decision. We are able to offer advice on the most suitable option to meet your business needs, taking into account the functionality you require, reliability and ease of use. When we deliver the mobile we will show you how to use it including transferring your contacts from your old mobile and synchronising with your desktop computer applications such as MS Outlook.
Tariff Review
On a regular basis (usually a twice a year), we’ll review your account Tariffs. If your usage has changed or a more cost effective option has become available, we might find that your tariff is no longer the optimum one for your business. If we find that this is the case, we’ll let you know and amend your tariffs accordingly.
