Existing usage and tariff review
Through our association with Tariffcom, we will carry out an analysis of your existing usage, and detail this back to you in a report, which will identify where savings can be made. We may find that you can simply identify the best tariff with your existing supplier or it may be more cost effective to switch to Talk Together for your landline services including ISDN2, ISDN 30, Analogue Lines, Broadband, and Non Geographic Numbers.
Switch over and ongoing support
We simply switch your service across from your existing supplier, typically BT, to Talk Together.
With no change of equipment, telephone numbers or downtime, the process is seamless. The only difference you’ll see is a significantly smaller bill, generated by Talk Together.
On an on-going basis you’ll receive our usual high standards of customer service. We do not operate automated telephone attendants and you’ll be allocated a specific point of contact at our office in South Wales.
